The community had a wonderful day out at the Heritage Market Cake Boss all in aid of Ingane Yami Children's Village!
 There was cake tasting, silent auctions and browsing the stalls. The kiddies loved the Cake Walk and a special visit from Father Christmas.The cakes were beautiful, intricate and had a lot of thought put into all of them. All cakes were judged by Wynand Schoeman (SA Chef Association); Denise Dyson (SA Decorators Guild) and Shirley Lake-Pieks.

Professional Category - Cupcake Couture
People's Choice - Cupcake Couture
 
The winning cake will be presented at the official opening of Ingane Yami early in 2012.

A total of R7500 was raised from the event - thank you to Tricia Hoffart for this amazing effort and the Heritage Market for hosting the event. Everyone is now looking forward to making this a successful annual event.

How inspiring it is to see people making such a difference just by using what is in their hands!
