Transformation requires long term sustainable partnerships. We cannot do this alone – our desire is to partner with organisatons that have a genuine desire to invest in our vision. Raising tomorrow’s leaders requires long term intervention, ensuring quality education and creating a platform to equip young people to move successfully into independent living.
It is about a partnership that does not only look at accessing available financial resources but also looks at opportunities to harness the talents and skills within an organisation and provides a platform to encourage employees to get involved on a personal level.
Our immediate focus is to complete
Phase 3 of our development plan; this includes the first five homes and certain key ancillary buildings. We are looking for organisations that would be interested in making a contribution towards the realisation of this goal or would be willing to “adopt a house” and make it their goal to raise enough funds to complete one home and then to consider providing a team of employees to the part of the building process of the home.

Socio-Economic Development (SED). SED offers five points on your companies BEE scorecard. SED is defined by Department of Trade and Industry as “Monetary or non-monetary contributions implemented for communities, natural persons or groups of natural persons where at least 75% of the beneficiaries are black people.” This is another term for what is commonly known as Corporate Social Investment, very similarly defined as: “A company’s contributions (cash and non-cash) to people, organisations or communities that are external to the company. CSI should support a business’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) agenda.”
