Ingane Yami School: Year End Assembly 2017

Our Ingane Yami School finished their 2017 school year off with a beautiful year-end Assembly.

Moms and staff were invited to come and partake in the event, as the kids sang, danced and even shared bible verses they had memorised. All of our children received certificates for various achievements. Simobonge (affectionately known as Nana) received the top academics certificate! Other children received certificates based on their character, such as Emmanuel’s award for always having a smile!

Everyone was in tears as we said goodbye to our Grade R teacher, Michelle’, as she goes on to intern at Highbury next year. We’ll certainly miss her, but we are excited for this next season for her! Next year we welcome Sam onto the team, who will teach our Grade 2s, 3s and 5s, while Gaby takes on the Grade 1s.
