The 600 – Fundraiser for Ingane Yami Children’s Village
Kelvin du Sart & John Armstrong as event organisers have teamed up to bring you a brand new adventure: THE 600!
FirstRand has come on board as the event sponsor, with a major focus on fundraising on behalf of Ingane Yami Children’s Village.
The 3 day road cycling event will commence on Saturday 5th November 2022 to Monday 7th November 2022, covering just over 600 kilometres and 7000 metres of climbing.
Such is the tradition with the FirstRand Trans Africa event, THE 600 promises to combine grit and determination with a very worthy and tangible cause.

The 600 will be limited to 50 riders.
The entry per rider is R 7,500.00.
To book your place a R1500.00 deposit is required and the balance to be paid in full or in instalments by the end of July 2022.
This will cover all meals and accommodation over the entire trip, plus transport and drinks during the ride. Items excluded are own drinks at the overnight accommodation, your own specialised riding drinks and bike spares & repairs.
As part of your entry fee you will receive:
- 2 event riding shirts,
- a pair of event arm warmers,
- Event gilet
- Event riding bottles.
Upon submission of this form an email will be sent to you with the required bank details in order to pay the required deposit and confirm your entry.
Further details will also be sent re: route, accommodation and fundraising.
